Traffic Complaint Inquiry Request

If you have a traffic complaint to report, please call Dispatch at 303-428-8538, extension 1, or fill in basic information on this form.  It will then be forwarded to the Traffic unit for investigation.  Complaints may be anonymous.  However, if you are requesting feedback on this issue you must provide your name and a method of contacting you.
