Go Paperless with e-Billing: Receive bills by email
The city offers billing by email.  To sign up for e-billing, please fill out and submit the following form: Email Billing Enrollment Form.

Payment Due Dates for Service and Fees
One bill for Water, Sewer and Drainage Fees will be sent monthly, and payment is due by the 10th day of the month in which the user receives the bill for the prior month's service and fees.

Penalties
If a bill is not paid by the 25th day of the month in which it is received, the account shall be deemed delinquent and a late fee in the amount of $5.00 or 5% of the total amount due, whichever is greater, shall be assessed against the account.

Discontinuance of Water Service and Shut-off Charges
If any account, including penalty, is not paid in full within 35 days of its due date, the City may discontinue water service to the premises and/or proceed with any lawful collection remedy. The fee for reinstatement of water service terminated by reason on non-payment of fees, interest and penalties shall be $40.00.

Current water and sewer rates and drainage utility fees rates for residential, commercial, and commercial recreation uses are effective February 2017.
