Neighborhood Concerns Form

Use this form to report concerns you may have about property maintenance, zoning or animal care standards in your neighborhood to the Federal Heights Code Officers.  An officer will investigate the concern and provide feedback upon your request. Please be patient.  Form submission may take a minute or more.  You will be returned to the home page when submission completes.

Please note Federal Heights Code Enforcement/Animal Control view all neighborhood reports seriously and will actively pursue investigation.  For this reason, persons must ensure that any complaints are based on fact.
