Stormwater Utility Fee

The Drainage Utility fee is based upon the amount of area on each property that does not allow water to absorb into the ground, such as driveways, patios, and rooftops. The Drainage Utility fee will be charged to each utility customer (residential, business, non-profit, special district, church, state, and federal) in the City of Federal Heights. The fee provides revenue for the Stormwater Quality Management Program and related Capital Improvement Projects.
