A November 17, 1916 St. Louis, Missouri newspaper reported a
story about a young man named Frank Wallic who eloped with a
cabaret singer.  Though we can't be certain that this is the same
Frank Walllic, Wallic is a very unusual surname and Frank
lived in St. Louis at the time and reported on his 1917 WWI
draft registration that he was married.
