Anonymous Tips

Use this form to report anonymous concerns or tips.  Specifically items that the City know related to the community that might be unlawful, unsanitary or unsafe.  The City appreciates the assistance of community members in addressing problems within the community and understands that in certain circumstances anonymity is needed in order to report concerns or provide tips.  Please provide as much detail as possible including times/dates of incidents, locations or addresses and any identifying details to assist the City in following up with the tip.
