Operational Permits
The Fire Code also requires operational permits for certain types of businesses with a heightened life or safety risk from their operations.  These permits will be required at the time of the annual fire inspection. While most permits are $75.00, some permits may be more.  For a complete list, click here for the Fee Schedule.  Businesses will be notified prior to the fire inspection in order to allow time for submission of the operational permit application.
