The Human Resource Department's mission is to provide a human resources program that carries out City priorities for a comprehensive and equitable City personnel system; to provide a high level of customer service while assisting in the development and maintenance of a high quality workforce; and to be a resource to all levels of the organization in the objective and consistent interpretation and enforcement of applicable city, state and federal employment regulations.
