Building Permit Fees
- The following table shall be used for permits required by the IBC and IRC as adopted by the City of Federal Heights.
- Plan review fee shall be 65% of the Building Permit Fee.
- Plan review fee shall be collected at the time of the permit application submittal.
- Permits for fences, roofing, signs and similar construction that do not require an associated plan review shall have the plan review fee waived.
- Valuations shall be established by Section 8-1-2.F. of the Federal Heights Municipal Code.
- Separate permits shall be required for building, electric, mechanical and plumbing.
- Fire Operational Permits:
