PROCLAMATION
PROCLAIMING FEBRUARY 10, 2012
AS PHYLLIS SCHOTT DAY
IN THE CITY OF FEDERAL HEIGHTS, COLORADO
WHEREAS, the history of every City is indelibly marked with the significant contribution of certain individuals; and
WHEREAS, Phyllis Schott is one of those persons who meet this criteria; and
WHEREAS, Phyllis Schott has, for thirty seven years, devoted herself to the betterment of Federal Heights through her devotion and dedication to her work; serving the Citizens of Federal Heights, its Elected Officials, and Staff,
WHEREAS, no Citizen of Federal Heights can think of the title “City Clerk” without also thinking of Phyllis Schott
NOW, THEREFORE, I, Joyce Thomas, Mayor of the City of Federal Heights, Colorado do herby proclaim February 10, 2012 as Phyllis Schott Day in the City of Federal Heights, and hereby encourage our citizens to join in recognizing her significant contribution toward the success of our Fine City.
