The City of Federal Heights is soliciting this Request for Proposals (RFP) so the city may substantially improve the presentation qualities of the three main public meeting spaces located in City Hall.
The RFP process will lead to selection of a vendor to manage, construct and install significant improvements involving sound projection, recording and other audio/video enhancements.While Federal Heights will evaluate and consider all qualified proposals submitted before deadline and in accordance with this RFP, the city is most interested in considering proposals, which incorporate an “ala cart” menu approach to a three phased project involving the three main public meeting spaces in City Hall.Proposals must provide estimated costs for equipment, materials and installation for all three phases and may consider the installation of all three phases concurrently or in sequence.
