I move to award the contract for the
2010-C Capital Improvement Project CIP 07-10-3 to T. Lowell Construction, Inc.
in the amount of $176,000 with a contigency of
$20,000.00.

2010-D Capital Improvement Project (Ruston
Park) P 09-10-6
I move to award the contract for the
2010-D Capital Improvement Project (Ruston
Park) P 09-10-6 to Urban Farmer, Inc. in the amount
of $84,460.63 with a contigency of $10,000.00.
W.9 Approval CDR of Pertaining to
2010-B Capital Improvement Projects CIP 6-10-12 (Water Valve Replacement in Northborough)
I move to increase the current 2010-B
Capital Improvement Projects CIP 06-10-12 contract
with Brannan Construction, Inc. to replace an additional 26 water valve within
Northborough in the amount of $70,000 with a contigency of $10,000.
