Become involved in the Planning Process!

The City Council appoints residents to two volunteer planning support committees:

Planning and Zoning Commission: The P&Z Commission meets the final Monday of each month as necessary to make recommendations to the City Council regarding policies related to planning and development.

Board of Adjustment: The BOA meets on an as needed basis to review variance requests to the zoning code.

FHRA Business Improvement Grant (B.I.G.) Committee

The FHRA Board appoints three (3) Federal Heights Residents and two (2) Alternate Members to the Advisory Committee each September.  Committee Member and Alternate Member terms are for one (1) year, beginning each September.  An Alternate Member shall replace any Committee Member unable to fill their term.
