Business Owners:  Please read the recently passed Backflow Prevention Ordinance, which requires certified annual inspections and the installation of backflow prevention units for all businesses within the City of Federal Heights.  Importantly, the ordinance outlines the penalties that will be imposed for non-compliance. Inspection letters from the Utility Department will inform businesses of their annual inspection due dates.
